1.
Begin with a gentle, no-cost conversation where you can share what’s on your heart. This 15-minute consultation is a space for you to speak openly about your experience—whether you’re grieving a recent loss or preparing for one.
During this time, we’ll get to know one another and explore what kind of support may feel most helpful for you. You’re welcome to ask questions, share as much or as little as you’d like, and begin to feel into whether this is the right fit for your needs.
There is no pressure or expectation—only an opportunity to feel heard, supported, and a little less alone as you take this first step.

These one-on-one sessions offer a compassionate, supportive space to process your grief at your own pace. Together, we gently explore the emotions that come with losing a beloved animal companion—whether that includes sadness, guilt, anger, or the quiet sense of emptiness that can follow.
Each session is guided by your unique experience. There is no timeline to follow and no expectation for how you “should” feel. Some clients come for short-term support during an especially difficult time, while others find comfort in ongoing sessions as they move through their grief more gradually.
Our work may include talking through your memories, navigating difficult decisions or feelings, and finding meaningful ways to honor the bond you shared with your pet. The focus is always on creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and gently supported.
Sessions are one hour in length and are available in your home in the Albuquerque area or by phone in all of New Mexico, so you can receive care in the way that feels most comfortable and accessible to you.

When you know a goodbye is approaching, it can bring a unique kind of heartache—one that lives alongside your love in the present moment. You may find yourself holding both hope and grief at the same time, unsure how to fully be with either.
These sessions are here to support you through this tender and often uncertain time.
Together, we create space to gently explore the emotions that can arise as you anticipate your pet’s passing, whether that includes sadness, anxiety, guilt, or the weight of upcoming decisions. You don’t have to carry those feelings alone or try to make sense of them on your own.
This work can also include preparing for end-of-life decisions, talking through what feels most aligned for you and your pet, and finding ways to stay present and connected during the time you still have together. Many people find comfort in being able to approach this experience with greater intention, care, and emotional support.
Above all, these sessions are about helping you honor your bond—allowing space for love, meaning, and connection, even in the midst of saying goodbye.
